Scheduling
I offer massage in sessions that range from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. I am available for sessions Monday through Saturday by appointment in my office. Massage sessions in your home are arranged on a case by case basis. If this is your first massage with me (or ever) please arrive 20 minutes early so we can discuss your health history and what we will be focusing on in our session.

NEW Cancellation Policy
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to my clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request that you contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
Help maximize our time together on the day of your appointment and take some time and download the First Time Client Health History Form and Covid Health Information & Informed Consent Form to fill out at your convenience before your appointment.
